L\u2019inverno per me non \u00e8 mai abbastanza lungo e l\u2019idea che si avvicini la primavera mi preoccupa molto.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">Mi rendo conto, guardando la natura intorno a me, che presto torneranno i giorni delle insalate di pasta ed i carpacci di salmone, e quindi se voglio godermi piatti caldi e confortevoli, devo sbrigarmi a prepararli. La prima crema di verdure, che mi hanno insegnato alla scuola di cucina a Gerusalemme, \u00e8 stata quella di patate e porri. Abbiamo iniziato con questa perch\u00e9 la cucina della mia scuola non permetteva l\u2019utilizzo di prodotti derivati dal latte, essendo una cucina \u201cdi carne\u201d. Questa vellutata, infatti, non necessita assolutamente di panna n\u00e9 di burro, ed \u00e8 buonissima preparata con un brodo leggero di verdure. Nelle ultime fredde notti di inverno scalder\u00e0 i vostri cuori&#8230;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">Vellutata di patate e porri<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><b><i><u>INGREDIENTI:&nbsp;<\/u><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">500 g. di patate<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">300 g. porri<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">2 cucchiai olio d\u2019oliva<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">1 litro di brodo di verdura<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">Sale e pepe<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><b><i><u>&nbsp;<\/u><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><b><i><u>PREPARAZIONE:&nbsp;<\/u><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">Le dosi ovviamente sono orientative, vi consiglio di tenere un po\u2019 di brodo in pi\u00f9 da parte nel caso ce ne fosse bisogno.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">Per prima cosa laviamo e puliamo i porri, affettiamoli e mettiamoli in una pentola con l\u2019olio. A fuoco lento lasciamoli appassire.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">Passati circa 10 minuti aggiungiamo le patate sbucciate e tagliate a dadini e mescoliamo. Dopo 5 minuti irroriamo il tutto con il brodo bollente e mettiamo il coperchio. Lasciamo cuocere circa mezz\u2019ora a fuoco lento, controllando ogni tanto che il liquido sia sufficiente.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">A cottura quasi ultimata, controlliamo che le patate siano morbide e che sia possibile schiacciarle con una forchetta.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">Aggiungiamo sale e pepe a piacere e frulliamo il tutto con un frullatore ad immersione.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Madrid i mandorli sono in fiore e la cosa mi preoccupa.
