Adoro i ciambelloni e la crema pasticcera, meno la crema al burro ed i coloranti.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">Da quando vivo a Madrid, per\u00f2, ho dovuto iniziare ad autoprodurre quei cibi, che adoro e che adesso non posso reperire facilmente.&nbsp;\u00c8 cos\u00ec che ho iniziato una ricerca fatta di esperimenti falliti e frustrazioni di una ricetta parve (senza utilizzo di latte) dei Cinnamon Rolls.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">Li adoro, per il loro sapore e anche per il fatto che si conservano bene e possono essere un ottimo snack per i momenti di fame improvvisa. Quando li preparo, la casa profuma di cannella per un giorno intero. Ecco a voi la mia ricetta, frutto di fallimenti e frustrazione.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><b><i><u>INGREDIENTI:<\/u><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-style: italic\">Impasto<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">80 gr latte di Soya<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">1 uovo<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">50 gr di margarina a temperatura ambiente<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">2 cucchiai di olio di semi<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">390 gr farina<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">1 cucchiaino di sale<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">1 cucchiaio di lievito secco<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">40 gr di zucchero<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-style: italic\">Ripieno<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">50 gr margarina a temperatura ambiente<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">150 gr zucchero di canna<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">2 cucchiaini cannella<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">1 uovo<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-style: italic\">Copertura<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">Mezzo bicchiere zucchero<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">3 cucchiai zucchero<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><b><i><u>PREPARAZIONE:<\/u><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">L\u2019impasto \u00e8 super semplice, se lo preparate con la planetaria. Mischiate tutto con il gancio per circa cinque minuti fino a quando l\u2019impasto si stacca completamente.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">Se lo fate a mano, il trucco \u00e8 ammorbidire la margarina con le mani ed impastare a lungo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">L\u2019impasto deve lievitare fino a raddoppiare il suo volume.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">A questo punto stendete l\u2019impasto su un piano infarinato e create un rettangolo alto circa 2 cm.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">Con le mani spalmate la margarina su tutta la superficie e successivamente ricoprite con lo zucchero e la cannella, che avrete precedentemente mischiato. Arrotolate senza stringere troppo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">Tagliate a fette alte circa 2 cm e mettetele a riposare su una teglia ricoperta da carta da forno.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">Riscaldate il forno a 180 gradi.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">Spennellate con l\u2019uovo ed infornate per circa 10 minuti. Nel frattempo mettete gli ingredienti della copertura in un pentolino e riscaldate fino a quando lo zucchero sar\u00e0 completamente sciolto.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;font-size: medium;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">Appena i cinnamon rolls saranno pronti, ricopriteli di glassa.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: -webkit-standard;font-size: medium\"><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In generale la pasticceria non \u00e8 il mio forte.
