Frullate questi<br \/>\ningredienti per 20 secondi o fino a quando l&#8217;impasto risulti liscio ed<br \/>\nomogeneo.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"line-height: 107%;\">Lasciate<br \/>\nriposare l&#8217;impasto in frigorifero per un&#8217;ora.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"line-height: 107%;\">Riprendete<br \/>\nl&#8217;impasto dal frigorifero e modellate delle polpette di medie dimensioni.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"line-height: 107%;\">Nel<br \/>\nfrattempo, fate scaldare l&#8217;olio per fritture fino a quando risulti bollente,<br \/>\nquindi friggetevi le polpette per circa 4 minuti.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"line-height: 107%;\">Quando le<br \/>\npolpette saranno ben colorite toglietele dall&#8217;olio e mettetele su dei fogli di<br \/>\ncarta assorbente finch\u00e9 l&#8217;olio non si sar\u00e0 assorbito.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"line-height: 107%;\">Servite i<br \/>\nfelafel caldi o freddi su un letto di verdure oppure su del pane tostato<br \/>\naccompagnati da verdure e hummus.<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I Falafel sono delle piccole polpette di legumi e spezie tipiche dello streatfood della cucina mediorientale.
