line-height: normal;\">Per la doratura:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;\">1 uovo, o un tuorlo<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;\">1 cucchiaini di miele&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;\">Semi di sesamo o di papavero<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;\">Preparazione:<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;\">Sciogliere il lievito e il miele nell\u2019acqua tiepida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;\">Sul piano di lavoro, disporre la farina a fontana e versarci l\u2019acqua con il miele&nbsp;e il lievito.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;\">Impastare a mano, finch\u00e9 la farina non avr\u00e0 assorbito il liquido.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;\">Aggiungere olio e continuare ad impastare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;\">Aprire le uova in ciotole separate (scartare eventualmente quelle che abbiano un punto rosso o scuro).<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;\">Quando l&#8217;olio sar\u00e0 assorbito dalla farina, aggiungere le uova una ad una (aggiungendo il secondo solo quando il primo&nbsp;sar\u00e0 ben distribuito nell&#8217;impasto).<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;\">Solo alla fine aggiungete il sale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;\">Con le mani infarinate continuare ad impastare, fino ad ottenere una palla di impasto elastica, liscia e setosa che si staccher\u00e0 dalle mani, senza lasciare residui.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;\">Mettere l&#8217;impasto a lievitare in una ciotola unta di olio e coperta da un panno umido, in un luogo tiepido, finch\u00e9 non raddoppier\u00e0 di volume.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;\">Dividere l&#8217;impasto in due parti uguali, poi dividere ognuno in tre parti&nbsp;uguali&nbsp;e intrecciarle.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;\">Porre le&nbsp;challot&nbsp;su una placca da forno.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;\">Sbattere l\u2019uovo o il tuorlo&nbsp;con il cucchiaino di miele e spennellare il co posto sulle&nbsp;challot, poi cospargere i semi di sesamo o di papavero.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px;
