In entrambi i casi gli addetti ai lavori seguirono le istruzioni che avevano ricevuto. Con tutto ci\u00f2 la Tor\u00e0 sottolinea che nella preparazione dei vestimenti dei <em>kohan\u00ecm <\/em>il lavoro \u201cera stato fatto come il Signore aveva comandato a Mosh\u00e8\u201d. Per quale motivo il fatto che il lavoro era stato fatto come era stato comandato viene sottolineato per i vestimenti dei <em>kohan\u00ecm<\/em> e non per la costruzione del <em>Mishk\u00e0n<\/em>?<\/p>\n<p>Per rispondere a questa domanda R. Schachter cita r. <strong>Yitzchak Zeev Soloveitchik <\/strong>(Belarus, 1886-1959, Gerusalemme) il quale spiega che il termine \u201c<em>tziva<\/em>\u201d (comandare) ha un significato halakhico: ogni qualvolta questa parola appare nella Tor\u00e0 denota la presenza di una \u201c<em>mitzv\u00e0 le-dor\u00f2t<\/em>\u201d, cio\u00e8 una <em>mitzv\u00e0<\/em> che vale anche per le future generazioni e non solo \u201c<em>le-sha\u2019a<\/em>\u201d, cio\u00e8 limitata a un certo periodo di tempo.<\/p>\n<p>Questa differenza tra <em>mitzv\u00f2t<\/em> perpetue e<em> mitzv\u00f2t <\/em>temporanee era sta gi\u00e0 fatta notare dai Maestri della <em>Mishn\u00e0<\/em> nel <em>Midr\u00e0sh Sifr\u00e0 <\/em>e citata da <strong>Rash\u00ec <\/strong>(Troyes, 1040-1105) nel suo commento alla <em>parash\u00e0<\/em>\u00a0 di <em>Tzav<\/em> (<em>Vayikr\u00e0<\/em>, 6:1). Qui Rash\u00ec scrive che l\u2019espressione \u201c<em>tzav<\/em>\u201d, cio\u00e8 \u201ccomanda\u201d, \u00e8 un\u2019esortazione anche per le generazioni future.<\/p>\n<p>Anche il <strong>Maimonide <\/strong>(Cordova, 1138-1204, Il Cairo) adotta questo principio e lo afferma in modo esplicito nel suo <em>Sefer ha-Mitzv\u00f2t <\/em>(<em>Sh\u00f2resh<\/em> 3). Egli scrive che solo le <em>mitzv\u00f2t <\/em>permanenti fanno parte del numero delle 613 <em>mitzv\u00f2t. <\/em>Questo \u00e8 il motivo per cui nella Tor\u00e0 le parole \u201cCome aveva comandato il Signore a Mosh\u00e8\u201d appaiono quando si parla dei vestimenti dei <em>kohan\u00ecm<\/em>, le cui specificazioni non saranno mai soggette a cambiamenti. Il termine <em>\u201cTziv\u00e0<\/em>\u201d non \u00e8 invece appropriato per la costruzione del <em>Mishk\u00e0n<\/em> che venne utilizzato solo temporaneamente e che fu sostituito dal <em>Bet ha-Mikd\u00e0sh<\/em>, il santuario di Gerusalemme.<\/p>\n<p>R. Schachter fa notare che la distinzione tra <em>mitzv\u00f2t <\/em>permanenti e temporanee non \u00e8 limitata all\u2019esegesi biblica. \u00c8 rilevante anche ai nostri giorni nelle decisioni halakhiche. Ogni<em> pes\u00e0k,<\/em> cio\u00e8 ogni decisione di <em>Halakh\u00e0<\/em>, richiede un\u2019analisi precisa della casistica precedente per verificare se una decisione emanata nel passato sia valida anche ora.
